Soho House's text job ads failed to reflect the unique culture and personalities of each of their member locations ('Houses') which resulted in large volumes of candidates, which often weren't the right 'fit' for the specific House.

Using our visual job ad builder, we created a number of unique visual job ad templates for each 'House', that showcased the individual teams and leaders, promoting attributes that told the most accurate and engaging story possible for each location. Due to the large volume of vacancies required to be filled, we powered this solution using our Greenhouse integration, giving new roles a personalised look as soon as they went live, automatically.

Candidate 'fit' increased tenfold, with applicants entering the recruitment process already familiar with the specific House culture, improving not only their recruitment efficiency but wider understanding of the unique members club operation.
